Toejam & Earl. The two baby Jackdaws I found alone, fell out of their nest on the road in Anglesey, Wales.

Unable to walk yet, and hobbling around, I took them in and cared for them, feeding them on dog food and meal worms. They are very friendly and intelligent creatures.

One morning, when they were old enough to fly around properly, a flock of young Jackdaw flew into the field, ToeJam & Earl immediately took notice and flew off of my shoulders the greet them in the field. 

That's the last I ever saw of them, they just flew off that morning to be with their kind. Instinct took over and my job as temporary mother was done. They flew the nest.
